In the not so distant past (less than 100 years ago) and right on back to the fall of man, people robed themselves in linen, wool and animal hides from their outerwear to their underwear including their socks. They slept on linen. They used linen towels, napkins and tablecloths, for personal and ceremonial purposes. Wore linen hats, coats, gloves and sashes.
Linen is hypoallergenic, antibacterial and anti fungal. Until recently it has always been used for sutures and bandages. It breathes. It keeps the body cooler in hot temperatures and warmer in cold. Linen can absorb moisture up to 20% without feeling damp. It resists dirt and stains. It does not produce static electricity. In fact, it kills it. Linen is radiation resistant! Linen reduces the effects of chemical exposure, can cut down noise (linen curtains and drapes) and dust.
Linen, produced from flax, is the strongest of all vegetable fibers. Two to three times stronger than cotton.
Linen is God’s holy fiber. A protective and healing gift to man.

Thanks to Nobel Prize winner Dr. Otto Heinrich and several other research doctors and scientists since, we know for a modern undisputed fact that linen and wool both have an atomic frequency signature of 5,000! Human energy registers at 70-90. Anything above that is beneficial and healing to humans.
Rayon (wood & bamboo) has a frequency of 15, organic unbleached cotton 40, conventional cotton 10 and silk 10. These fabrics, although not helpful to man, are not harmful. However, all synthetic fabrics have an energy frequency of ZERO (0). Not good for man and woman to robe themselves in and sleep mingled with.
*Zero frequency fabrics can interfere with man’s energy frequency. They can cause measurable weakness, headaches and even severe pain in some sensitive persons. Many are finding themselves “allergic” to synthetic fabrics. How many people have symptoms whose cause is unidentified and it may just be the clothes they wear and or the new synthetic sheets they sleep in.
It has been scientifically proven that linen can expedite the healing process post injury and post surgery by wearing it, bandaging and suturing with it. Thanks to it’s healing energy of 5,000.
Also, those who sleep in linen bed clothes, sheets and pillowcases, fall asleep faster, sleep deeper and longer and wake up more energized and rested.
MANUFACTURER WARNING!!!
DEUTERONOMY 22:11, THOU SHALT NOT WEAR A GARMENT OF DIVERSE SORTS AS OF WOOLEN AND LINEN TOGETHER. (DO NOT WEAR CLOTHES OF WOOL AND LINEN TOGETHER.)
LEVITICUS 19:19, …NEITHER SHALL A GARMENT MINGLED OF LINEN AND WOOLEN COME UPON THEE.
God never said anything about “two kinds of fabric”. He said linen and wool in both verses. Newer idiotic translations have changed it to “fabrics” and some are using examples of synthetic fabrics! Yes, I said idiotic. What would be the difference if you wore pure viscose (or any synthetic fabric) as opposed to a fabric made of viscose and polyester(or any other synthetic fabric)? NOTHING! They are both an energy output of ZERO.
God knows what he is talking about!
HERE’S THE THING…
IT IS SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN THAT WHEN LINEN AND WOOL ARE WORN TOGETHER, THE ENERGY FIELD AROUND THEM COLLAPSES. IT GOES TO ZERO. NOT ONLY ARE THE FABRICS NO LONGER HEALTHY AND HEALING BUT IN SHORT, THEY CAN MAKE PEOPLE SICK.
So, heed the warning, robe yourself in linen and reintroduce linen into your home and experience the difference. If you choose to try linen sheets, don’t forget and throw that wool blanket on the bed. Yikes! Likewise, do not forget and wear your wool coat over your linen clothes if you should wear them in the winter.
Living in Michigan, I wear wool all winter so I only wear linen spring through fall. I do however like my linen sheets in winter.
Here is a site where you can purchase organic unbleached and undyed linen products. It is pricey but the website itself does offer more in depth information about linen and linen products.

Bleaching, dying or the processing of linen does not change it’s frequency. The concern would be only about the toxic effects of bleach and synthetic dyes. All natural dyes are okay and have been used for thousands of years.
My daughter, who writes this blog, got me a set of linen sheets for Christmas. I can see a difference, I slept better the first night and there are some physical issues I was having in the night that either don’t bother me now or not as much. I am sold on the linen sheets and will be looking to donate my other sheets.
Wondering if a cotton bra undoes the linen clothing benefits? I made linen undies, so wonderful❣️ I LOVE my linen; addicted for a few years. Been working on a bra – to no avail – yet!!! Thank you for your article.

Hello Deborah, Cotton has no cancellation effects on linen or wool. They only cancel each other due to their matching high frequency. Thank you for your comment. Good luck with the bra. I am not a seamstress myself. I have things made. I would love to have an all cotton bra that actually supports and is not a crusher like a sports bra. I haven’t found that yet.

I have found it very difficult to find 100% cotton undergarments. They most often include 5% elastin. Will this cancel of the positive effect of the linen? My long-term goal would be to find a good linen bra & underwear. But in the meantime, is that 5% ok?

Is that only if it is 100% cotton? I have such a hard time finding 100%. Most bras, socks & underwear are 90-95.

The only materials not to be worn together are linen and wool. This has nothing to do with cotton or any other fiber.

This confuses me. I have a wool mattress topper. Can I not use linen sheets? The topper is wool filling with an organic cotton casing. If I’m reading this right, I need all wool bedding or I need to ditch my wool mattress pad so I can use my linen sheets. Is that correct?

It is my understanding that the linen and the wool have to come into contact with each other, such as linen under garments and wool outer clothing, or a wool jacket that overlaps linen pants or as with bedding, linen sheets with a wool blanket on top. I wear 100% wool socks and leg warmers sometimes in bed in winter and I love my wool blankets and sofa throws and of coarse I wear a multitude of various wool clothing. So, in winter, I stow away my linen sheets and clothing and use 100% cotton. Whether or not the cotton surrounding your wool mattress pad is woven tight enough or made thick enough to prevent a counter action, I wouldn’t be able to tell you. If you sleep with the cotton covered wool pad and your linen sheets and are not affected in any way it may be okay. However, if you should begin to experience anything physically odd with no other explanation, such as muscle aches or anything really, keep in mind it could be the use of the two together. I was once looking to purchase an all natural bed. It had layers of wool and layers of cotton. I chose not to do it because I was unsure about using my linen sheets on it and unwilling to give them up and it was a lot of money to risk. Right now it’s whether or not you feel comfortable experimenting.

Hi Karen,
I had the same question as Cori. I’m curious as to what mattress you ended up purchasing. I am researching buying a new organic mattress and will look for one that is now wool free. thank you.

Good day, I am curious about hemp fabric’s frequency and it’s interaction with linen?
Thank you for any insights.

Hello Curtis. Thank you for your interesting question. I have absolutely no experience with hemp fabric. I did a bit of research as I assume you probably have also and I found nothing about the vibrational frequency of hemp fabric. However, I did learn that pure organic hemp fabric is quite expensive, much more so than a good linen. Lesser expensive Hemp clothing is usually partially synthetic by the end of its manufacturing process. I say this to speculate from what I do know and my speculation would be that the polymer processed hemp fabric is probably going to vibrate at a very low frequency, possibly negative. Also I have to believe that if hemp were anywhere close or equal to the vibration of wool and linen, we would have heard about it long ago. I know this isn’t what you were looking for but maybe it gives you something to ponder. If you should ever find a study done on the vibrational frequency of Hemp, by all means I would love for you to share it with me. Likewise, if I should ever run across a vibrational frequency study, I shall think of you and post it here. 🙂

I have a question, so if fabrics cancel each other out. What do we do about our pillows? Do the fabrics from the pillow cancel out the linnen pillow case? And if so I can’t find a linnen pillow so what do I do just take a linnen pillow case and stuff if full of linnen?

Hello, This is speaking of wool and linen, not “fabrics”. Unless your pillow is stuffed with wool and has a wool pillowcase on it, your linen sheets are fine. Do not mix linen and wool. That’s it.
